Rental conditions

By ordering, you agree to our rental conditions.

The rental conditions apply to all goods and services ordered and delivered by Remdoc AB / Kanotcentralen i Stockamöllan. By placing an electronic order on our website and actively indicating acceptance of all the stated conditions, these conditions are deemed to be accepted by the customer and a binding contract is created.

Cancellation/Cancellation

Any cancellation must be made no later than 12 noon three days before departure; should a cancellation nevertheless occur after this time, all goods/services ordered must be paid for.

Kanotcentralen Stockamöllan has the right to cancel bookings in case something happens beyond our control e.g.. stolen or damaged canoes. In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded. The lessee has no right to compensation.

Return of equipment

The lessee is responsible for returning the rented equipment undamaged at the right time and place. The lessee shall notify the lessor without undue delay of any damage to the rented equipment. Damage to the canoe shall be compensated at the cost of repair, up to a maximum of SEK 2,500. Stolen canoes must be replaced at replacement value, as well as other equipment that has been damaged or lost. The lessor does not have any insurance policies that the lessee can use

Unless otherwise stated in the box for return location, the canoes should be left as instructed at one of our collection points on the Rönne river: 1. Djupadalsmöllan, 2. Herrevadskloster, 3. Forsmöllan.

The guide provided at the time of booking includes instructions on where and how to leave the equipment. The instructions are also given on departure. If the instructions are not followed, there will be a charge for collection of the rental objects plus a daily surcharge per rental object according to the current price list.

Canoes and other rented equipment must be left clean. Otherwise, there is an additional cost for cleaning. Canoes should also be drained of any water.
